IPO support
If you don't have a CFO, or yours has no IPO experience, we act as your interim CFO through the whole process. After listing, we set up the systems and processes needed for public-company compliance, then gradually hand those functions over to a full-time CFO, existing or new. Our IPO services include:

M&A support
