Accounting Manager / Finance Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring:  Accounting Manager / Finance Manager

Job Propose : 

A leading sweets and food manufacturing company in Egypt, producing more than 60 types and brands of high-quality sweets, including traditional Egyptian sweets, chocolate bonbons, nougat, and other confectionery products, is looking to hire an experienced Accounting Manager / Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance function.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Manage costing, production accounting, inventory control, and cost analysis within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales collection, purchasing, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Participate effectively in the implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and procedures, including:
  • Fixed Assets Policies
  • Costing & Production Policies
  • Sales & Collection Policies
  • Inventory Policies
  • Purchasing Policies
  • Delegation of Authorities Policies
• Support management with financial analysis, performance reporting, and business decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably food, sweets, or confectionery production.
• Strong experience in costing, inventory, production accounting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, preferably including ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, policies, procedures, and delegation of authority frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Residence in El-Shorouk City or 10th of Ramadan City is preferred.
